Chalet Ste. Maríe is a beautifully restored former convent, located in the attractive hamlet of Montriond, only a few minutes from the centre of Morzine. It is situated on the free bus route to Ardent, Morzine and Avoriaz; in addition, SkiOui operates its own daily courtesy transport.

The chalet is just over one hour's drive from Geneva Airport, and is also particularly well placed for self drivers. Click here to see a local area map.

The atmosphere at Chalet Ste. Maríe is informal and friendly, with an average of 20 guests per week in the winter. However, the chalet can comfortably accommodate larger groups. Imagine relaxing with friends around an open log fire after a delicious dinner prepared from fresh local produce by our fully qualified chefs.

Holiday Information

The menu, prepared by our cooks/fully qualified chefs, includes:

A varied cooked breakfast including traditional English home-cured sausages and bacon (except on departure days when a continental breakfast is served) - see typical breakfast menu
Afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes or scones and a selection of hot beverages - see typical tea menu
A four course candlelit dinner with unlimited wine, coffee and full free bar - see typical dinner menu

Your holiday includes a varied Ski-Guiding programme for three days (subject to local weather conditions) and is suitable for intermediate skiers. Off-piste ski excursions can be arranged.

Included in the price:

Free bar operates from 5pm through 11pm six days per week (not open on Chalet day off - usually Wednesdays)
Free three-day, varied Ski-Guiding programme
Free daily shuttle service, at 9:00 - 9:30am, to the Ardent ski-lift (journey time approx 10-12 mins), returning at 4:30 - 5:00pm

Equipment hire (boots, skis, boards) - available locally where SkiOui customers are entitled to a 10% discount.

Please note

We give our staff one evening off per week (usually Wednesdays) and are very happy to recommend a local restaurant
We can cater for vegetarians, with prior notice at time of booking, but regret our menu is unsuitable for vegans
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, our Chalets operate a No Smoking policy
As a result of heath and safety regulations the hot tub and sauna are only available 4:30pm until 7:30pm Sunday through to Friday (unavailable on Saturdays)
Flights are not included, but we suggest easyJet to Geneva or please ask us for assistance.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, Cheques, Sterling or Euros.
30% deposit with reservation, balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Instead of the normal lift pass why not try the 'Hands free pass'? You may forget its presence in your pocket, but it instantly opens the ski lift gates.
